As a middle-aged Jersey girl living in the deep south, I have lived through the complexities of feeling both surrounded by people yet unseen. I have three teenagers, which means I know what it feels like to be underappreciated and still have to show up, every day. I'm at a crossroads in my marriage, and I understand what it means to be at a standstill, yet somehow keep my heart open to new possibilities.

Through it all, I’ve learned that sometimes, the most important thing we can do is keep moving forward—even if it’s just one small step at a time.

I am here to tell you, you are not alone. I see you. I love you. And most importantly, I am you. Whatever you're going through, I have been there, and I understand the struggles that come with trying to figure it all out. Whether you're navigating relationships, career shifts, or simply trying to find balance in the chaos, together, we will work toward finding your path.
